Open Arms provides a safe environment for Page County’s youth to be themselves, play, study, and relax.
Our location is currently under construction. We are hoping to open early in 2026 and offer a place for Clarinda’s teens to be able to hang out and also offer resources for those in need including a food pantry, clothing and toiletries. We hope to see you soon!
